Website purchases
Purchases made on getduesy.com or app.getduesy.com are sold by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
- You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment: a new subscription, a renewal, a lifetime purchase or a Trip Pass. No reason needed.
- After 14 days, payments are generally non-refundable, but we look at every request and will refund where something went wrong on our side (for example, a duplicate charge or a feature that did not work).
- When a payment is refunded, the Pro access or Trip Pass it paid for ends.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Paddle processes them, and your bank may take 5–10 business days to show them.
Purchases in the app
Purchases made in the Android app are billed by Google Play, and Google's refund policy applies. You can request a refund from Google Play within 48 hours of purchase from your Play order history. After that, email us and we will help where Google allows us to.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancel a website subscription from the link in your Paddle receipt (or at paddle.net), and a Google Play subscription from Play Store → Payments & subscriptions.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@getduesy.com with the email address you paid with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. We reply within 2 business days.
